pycompat.ispy3 in tests

I’ve seen that there are some pycompat.ispy3 left in tests/, while they 
were removed in mercurial/. Was there a specific reason that they are 
left in the tests (e.g. the possibility to run new tests with older 
Mercurial versions) or was the removal just not done yet?
