Note this is actually a crash: once it happens no subsequent refresh or hg 
functions work until I restart Eclipse.

[mercurialeclipse] Problem with nested repo: not under root

I have this intermittent error:

An internal error occurred during: "Refresh status...".
/x/new not under root '/x/new/tools/web3'

Intermittent in that it sometimes, but not always, happens on refresh. 
"Sometimes" may be related to external changes to the repo in tortoiseHg, 
but I haven't been able to establish this as a fact.
repo /x/new has subrepo /x/new/tools/web3 and they are obviously in the 
reversed relation than mercurialeclipse expects (/x/new is the root, not 
the other way around).
