I'm looking at rhe Aasigned Exponent Report for the first time. It says it's 5 Feb 2000 23:02 (5 Feb 2000 4.02pm Pacific). The 23:02 is ok for UTC time but the local time should be 3:02pm for Pacific. Cheers...
