I've cleaned out mine.

There's an 11 patch series from 7th of August that's left.
It's a v2/v3 of the algebraic optimizations I did back in July.
Not all patches gave improvements, but Eric was interested:

I'm definitely interested in seeing our optimizer gain features
like this, even if we don't have samples of code triggering
them in our database yet.

Seems I failed to CC him in the revised series, so doing it now.
Eric, I fixed your review-comments, and added two extra patches
to the series, are these OK now? If you want to see them land,
do you mind pushing them? (I don't have commit access)
They still apply cleanly with a simple git rebase.
