[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/2] Package upgrades

The following patchset contains following upgrades:
 * libva
 * libva-intel-driver

These are needed to be compliant with 2013Q2 Intel Graphics Stack Release.

The packages were compiled for sugarbay and also a core-image-sato image has
been built. No issues encountered. Not tested on real HW though. Any help
would be appreciated.

My normal test for this is to do a gst-launch on a 720p .mp4 file and
verify the pipeline and that it's playing at full speed.  I presume
there's some NUCs in the office, can you do a build for that?

Tested on NUC! Played a mp4 720p movie with gst-launch. Plays just fine.

(a friend in the graphics team has pointed at some test tools they use
when developing libva, so hopefully we can turn that into something we
can wrap up with ptest)
