I remember the date, I just wasn't sure where I had come across it in the
MetaCard docs.  After Kevin's post it's clearer to me now:  It's not in the
MetaCard docs at all, only in Jeanne DeVoto's excellent Revolution docs.

I believe it's 1970.  A while ago I checked this very thing myself against
another "time" DLL made by a client.

I can't find it now that I want to refer someone else to it.  The entry in
