I agree, I am glad I am alive, but it would have been interesting to
live in the early 1800's when meteorites were seen as religious omens or
the end of the world. :)

Those prices in 1891 were super expensive, you could buy a house for $1000. 
If you checked online and see what $1 was worth in today's $ I think it would 
be incredible.
