You will need to create a custom Shipping Handler. http://cartridge.jupo.org/integration.html#billing-shipping Depending on how many different shipping fees you have you might also have to add an additional field (http://mezzanine.jupo.org/docs/model-customization.html#field-injection) to each product to specify how much the fee is for that product. Then in the handler look up each products shipping fee and add them all together.
