Title: Message Title Binny Gopinath Sreevas created an issue Mifos X / MIFOSX-1136 Non-Wokring day / Holiday based Re-scheduling should also support Moratorium option Issue Type: Improvement Assignee: Unassigned Created: 21/Apr/14 3:03 AM Priority: Minor Reporter: Binny Gopinath Sreevas Mifos X does not allow a holiday or non-working day based rescheduling to behave like a moratorium: Example: Sundays are defined as non-working days in m_working_days table i.e. RECURRENCY column has value (FREQ=WEEKLY;INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR,SA) Want the repayment schedule to be shifted out based on holidays and non-working days. For a daily repayment loan, this would mean that the repayment term of loan would be extended (as Sundays are non-working days), instead of 2 installments being due on Mondays). This is supported in Mifos 2.x (holiday rescheduling rule = moratorium) This would need a new value for the repayment_reschduling_enum column to be introduced. Today, this column only supports the following values: 0 - Invalid 1 - SAME_DAY 2 - MOVE_TO_NEXT_WORKING_DAY 3 - MOVE_TO_NEXT_REPAYMENT_MEETING_DAY 4 - MOVE_TO_PREVIOUS_WORKING_DAY
