There's no need to further explain. I've already told you the
problem is the bridge.

So I'd have to setup the MT AP to do WDS and then put the High Gain
CPE into WDS mode?

If you want to bridge, the bridge must be a true bridge. You cannot
build a bridge with standard 802.11x. That is what WDS is. WDS,
unlike 802.11x, is not a standard, therefore, the WDS implementation
in the high gain may or may not be compatible with Mikrotik's
implementation. I can't tell you exactly how to fix it...just where
the problem lies.

This is the way 802.11 bridges work (or don't work). If you could
cause the printer to send traffic beyond the bridge, it, too, would
work for some time.

So I'd have to setup the MT AP to do WDS and then put the High Gain CPE into

Having the same MAC as the cpe means the cpe is not a true bridge.
If you want a bridge, you have to have a true bridge. Use WDS or
other bridging technology besides a "pseudo bridge" and it will
work.

Well as it is wireless you could look at the reg table to see if it
connected and arp or DHCP to verify it is connected. Once the printer
and laptop are on see if the laptop gets arp from the printer. I am
assuming they're on the same collison domain/network.
