Hotspot off. Works as expected. If I enable hotspot users will not see the internal web page. It will just time out, but it does prevent them from getting online. Now if I reboot at this point, the redirect and web page work as they should. I was hoping there's a version where this bug didn't exist. I dont know how to exactly replicate your bug..
