The error will be consistent for the message, but other email from the same MTA and sender is accepted. It does not appear to have anything to do with message size. If the message you are sending has DKIM keys, try sending them without. If you are in contact with the admin, see if they are using Cisco routers, and if the DKIM rules are enabled.
