For 32-bit mingw-w64 already supports delayed load library feature.
For 64-bit some adjustments in dll tool are necessary (the assembly
written there for x64 case isn't correct), but by changing this, it
should work for x64 then, too.
Is there a patch already for this?
No, I have at the moment more important features to do. But it is on
my pile for things to do.
