there is a typo in MinionPro.dtx:

\...@microtype@Aliases in line 2064 should be
\...@microtype@Aliases with a capital T.

If you have no problem, you don't have any problem. :)

As far as I can see, this typo only produces an error when using MinionPro 
together with another font package that also takes advantage of the microtype 
hook. LaTeX would stop the run under certain circumstances in this case. So if 
this does not happen, you don't need to worry.

Just to be sure, you can edit the line in MinionPro.dtx and generate the sty 
files new or edit in the correct sty file for yourself.
