Adding more cuaUxx devices

Hi there!

Could someone give some advice how to add more cuaUxx devices?
Nowadays I have just cuaU0-9 ones, but need a bit more...

MAKEDEV returns:

# ./MAKEDEV cuaU10
cuaU10: unknown device
