This seems to be using a chipset called "Airgo".

There is a Linux driver for it called agnx.

I have this Belkin card (model F5D8010)
which reports on current/amd64 as

unknown vendor 0x17cb product 0x0001 (class network subclass ethernet, rev 
0x01) at cardbus1 dev 0 function 0 not configured

but does not show up as an interface.
What can I do to help make it supported?
