Best way to upgrade latest OpenBSD version

2014-12-19 Thread Ignacio Ocampo
I know that one of the goals of OpenBSD dev team is launch a new version
every six months. I'm new here, and, I want to know, what is the best way
to update OpenBSD? There is an automated way to do it?

Thanks

Read the upgrade guide: http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade56.html
Run the installer, choose the upgrade option, reboot, run sysmerge, I
reboot again, pkg_add -u.

I think it can be automated with PXE boot, site.tgz and some scripting, but
I've not needed to.

If you're new to OpenBSD, read through the FAQ. Read the man page of any
command or config file mentioned. Read, read, read.
