It sounds like you're interested in building some sort of online
OpenBSD community, maybe some developers, maybe some users.. maybe
some newbies, maybe some experienced people.
This exists, it's #openbsd on irc.freenode.net. I'm there, my nick is
prg3. I'm not a dev though, so I may not count.
