Keyboard no longer works after upgrading xenocara to -current (amd64, hp g42 laptop)
Hi, Yesterday morning, I updated my source tree, (after the recent changes to xenocara shown at http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-cvsm=131938646714330w=2) and rebuilt kernel, userland, and xenocara (rebooting before doing each build). I had previously recompiled kernel and userland about a week earlier, though up till that point xenocara was still running from the version installed from 8th Oct snapshot CD. Upon booting into XFCE, the keyboard would not respond (inbuilt laptop keyboard or external usb keyboard). The mouse still works fine - so I can open xterm or xfce4-terminal from the start menu, but then I try to type and nothing happens. Ctrl-alt-backspace does not work but I can still shut down cleanly by pressing the power button. XFCE rebuilt from ports after this problem showed the same behaviour. I then tried doing startx into the base FVWM window system ($ startx after removing my .xinitrc file), and still no keyboard. I'm not complaining, just wanted to report the problem. :-) Happy to test patches if you have some. Brett.
