Please help. It is a disk error. At first, the disk did not respond, hence the "missing intterupt." The OS tried again, and the disk eventually responded. The OS classified this as a "soft" error, meaning it was corrected via retry. It is time to run a disk analysis. The built-in atactl(8) program can get you information from the drive's SMART electronics, but I prefer the smartmontools package. Good luck!
