So, why didn't you?

This is absolutely not specific to OpenBSD: Never ask what to with
patches without including them in the first message, for no project
and in no context.  You are just wasting peoples' time.  If it turns
out to be the wrong place, the patch can be forwarded.

When in doubt, tech@, see https://www.openbsd.org/mail.html .

In particular, read these paragraphs:

 * Include a useful Subject line
 * Trim your signature
 * Include important information

Nobody can provide a more specific answer without seeing the patch.
