Header is correct per the standard, so I've deleted the extra #include
from the manpage.  Thanks!

the synopsis section says
 #include 
 #include 

 char *
 nl_langinfo(nl_item item);

however, nl_types.h is included by langinfo.h

which one is at fault? should the man page be corrected or should the
header not pull nl_types.h?
