not sure about the changes in CommandArgs. I'd prefer an info message for
the new directory and exit with error if output-dir is not OK.

For me it's normal to remove the directory and let mkgmap create it. If that
fails for whatever reason mkgmap should just stop.

Rest looks good.

[mkgmap-dev] Please note when replying to messages

For a day or so, messages have had a reply to address of mkgmap-dev@*www*.mkgmap.org.uk instead of 
the correct mkgmap-dev@*lists*.mkgmap.org.uk.


This should be fixed now, but please check that you are sending messages to the correct address when 
replying.
