[WikimediaMobile] New Android alpha release

We have an updated alpha version of the Android app available on the Play Store. Updated on the play store, and available for download[1] as well. Getting it from the play store is the preferred method since you will automatically get updates. This was incomplete and not being worked on atm, so hidden till it can get more love. Patches welcome. - Minor design fixes.
