What was the issue while you updated in to IOS 8 in terms of answering
calls?
Go ahead and update in to ios 9 01 it is well performant than previous.
Also couple of amazing accessibility features have been introduced such as
text selection just like you do on PC.

upgraded to IOS 8. There were difficulties even to answer a call.
Can I upgrade to 9?

Hello there,
the reason why you got this error message is because you have downloaded
the incorrect ferware for your device, you have to match it with the model
number. Why don't you consider updating from your phone over the air?

Dinesh,

The way I upgrade is as follows.
1. Install iTunes on a computer that is connected to the internet.
2. Connect my iPhone to the computer.
3. Let iTunes handle updating.

Is there a reason you cannot follow this approach?

Encase if the download interrupts, then does itunes resume from where it

Just as a trial I was wanting to update through the manual way.
