Re: [Mobile.AI] Wanting to buy Iphone 6
Prashant sir, you didn't save 6,000, but in fact you saved 11,000 rupees if I talk about Apple Store. The latest price of 6S on Apple store is 60K, while amazon price are only 49K. Can anybody explain this economics to me why such a huge price difference? On 12/15/15, Prashant Ranjan Vermawrote: > I bought 6s from Amazon and saved 6000. Sadly, no luck in finding any info with yourexact issue thus far on either Bing or Google search. Though keep in mind, I'm an Android user from USA, which most don't even have 6.0 here yet. Hi Swarna, I am making use of siri quite well enough, though not so much for dictation. I do mostly use it for tasks like setting reminder, opening apps, setting the timmer etc. I notice the following edxceptions though with Siri: 1. It does not make calls in India. 2. It does not work with GPS. 3. it seams it does not work well with the default headset provided with the phone. Thanks, Bhavesh. [Mobile.AI] Want to improve Android experience. Inputs needed.
Hi all, Hardware keyboards although seem history, are still out there in the market. Even for sighted users, hardware keyboards are equivalent to improved productivity. Touch-screen smart phones affect our efficiency in expressing and interacting freely with the device. For those who have similar feeling that even their efficiency in using today's touch-screen smart phones has gone down against using Nokia like phones (accessible as well as keyboard input based), request you to fill the survey that I'm sharing. Re: [Mobile.AI] Wanting to buy Iphone 6
I bought 6s when it was just launched. The price of iPhone 6s 16 GB in the stores was 62 k whereas Amazon was selling it at 56,000. The price of all items in the stores is higher as compared to these online portals. I believe the stores need to cover the cost of maintaining their big showrooms and need their commission/profit. I have asked the stores about this and they admit that now no one can mathch the online prices for any item. -Original Message- From: Mobile.accessindia [mailto:mobile.accessindia-boun...@accessindia.org.in] On Behalf Of Mohib Anwar Rafay Sent: 15 December 2015 23:49 To: Dedicated AccessIndia list for discussing accessibility of mobile phones and Tabs. Re: [Mobile.AI] Android 6.01
Good morning, The following article should hopefully guide you in the correct path: http://liliputing.com/2015/10/android-6-0-can-treat-sd-cards-as-internal-storage-at-a-cost.html In short, you do now have the option to move apps and stuff to the card, however Mashmellow, if you enable the "Flex Storage" option, it will fuse the SD card, making it like its apart of the phone's own storage. Still confusing? The following Reddit discussion should clear things up, and explain things even easier! https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/3oz7eu/guidelines_for_marshmallow_users_formatting/e On Tue, Dec 15, 2015 at 6:28 AM, Vikas Kapoor <dl.vi...@gmail.com> wrote: > Folks, correct me if I'm wrong but after updating my Android 6 to 6.01 > today, I've now lost the ability to move the third party apps to the SD > card as I'd been doing previously. Re: [Mobile.AI] Android 6.01
Please note I'm not talking in the context of android 6.0, I've been doing that previously as I stated in my last mail, this particular problem figures out after updating it to 6.01. And the article source that you provide in your mail is relevant to 6.0. - Original Message - From: Trenton Matthews To: Dedicated AccessIndia list for discussing accessibility of mobile phonesand Tabs.
