[Mobile.AI] Help needed in registering Kurzweil 14

Dear all,

I would like to have your valuable guidance in registering the Kurzweil 14.
I downloaded it from the blindhelp web site.
The computer in which I installed it was earlier having kurzweil 11
installed. I uninstalled the 11 version and installed the version 14.
The installation was completed with out any problem. After that I
tried to register as per the instruction given in the instruction file
as follows.

1. paste this serial number into the registor diolog.
10700190526-10

2. select online as registration method.

3. use existing acount, username and password rami.after this when I
press next button, it said log in failed, the message returned by the
server name or address could not be resolved.

I tried the option of existing account as well as new account. But
both of them showed the same error.

Then when I searched in some past mails, I got the information as
follows Serial:
10700190526-10

UserName:
src333

Password:
oldtimeradio

When I tried it without having the internet connection, it gave me the
same error as above.

But when I connect internet it moved to the next page like first name,
last name etc.After getting that page I disconnected the internet. All
the edit boxes were already filled with required information and so I
simply navigated through and activated next, next and next. It reached
the page which asked the date of purchase, and other details which
were also already there and when I activate the last next button I got
the failure message as follows.

registration failed
The message returned by the server name or the address could not be resolved .
Please collect the information and write it down.

I tried it several times but the result was the same.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and tried all these steps but the
result is the very same.
I heard that several people could successfully register it. But most
of them were having the kurzweil 13 registered in their system and
they installed the new version over it.
But isn’t it possible to get it registered in a fresh installation.
I request your expert assistance in solving the problem.

i am using moto e 1st janration phone synce last 2 years
and i am useing automatik call recorder
and it's working fine
it is 100% accesseble with talkback
you also can go with that
it's a free ap
you can download this ap from google play store
