google pdf viewer is also the good option and its always there in almost all the phone including your moto e, but it has some remarkable limitation: 1. if you are reading such a large books you'll get lots of trouble cause it doesn't have the functionality of remember the last page you've left up, moreover you can not simulate "go to page". you yourself have to remember the page and in order to go to the page you've last read before, it require lots of swipes. suppose you are in 100 pages, now next time you have to swipe 100 times to get there. that's why i recommend installing at list a adobe accrobat reader for android, this software is perfectly accessible with the latest talkback. and it has lots of functionality like its remembers the position, you can set a bookmard, and it also has "go to page" option and much more. unfortunately sir, the answer is negative. Camscanner has many accessibility issues.
