when you dile a particular number and that default sim selected, then
you have to double tap the "diling via..change sim" You will get the
same while diling in progress (under the mobile number and above the
end button).

There is a gesture to temporarily suspend TalkBack in the global
context menu (swipe down then right).  After TalkBack is paused it
launches automatically after the screen is locked.

Hello,
I've also faced the same. Try to create the same using phone, there
you will get the option of skip the credit card information.

This is the only solution, as much I know.
