Subject: [Mobile.AI] Where are network roaming settings in moto g?

Hey learned members, I am traveling on roaming. I am using MTNL Delhi
sim in my moto g, in roaming I am not getting any network. I have
checked the setting but found nothing that could enable network access
in roaming too. what to do?

As I don't know even the a b c of any android phone. So please suggest me
what I do I mean I should purchase or not. During writing this e mail, I
have totally forgot the model of phone, but some how my mind saying that it
should be Samsung galaxy pocket y. it has the android having gingerbread
operating system, but even he doesn't know the version, and there is also
not possibility for updating OS to its new operating system like jellybin.
So my question was that does gingerbread operating system can be accessed
by
totally visually impaired person? During the first attempt, I couldn't do
any thing with this phone, and in this mailing list, someone has suggested
to someone that first of all, explore by touch should be turn on, to
operate this phone, but he has to say that there is no such setting in the
accessibility setting. So please advise me that is there any thirdparty
software which has to install prior to use this phone by visually impaired
person.

Waiting your positive response.
