[Mobile.AI] Extra numbers get pressed
Hello Friends, I am using Stock Android 1 4.4 version on Spice Uno Dream. When I dial 111 tolfree Vodafone number, it asks to press specified digit for particular help, I am facing below 2 problems, let me know if someone can help: * When I press only 1 number, why sometimes 2-3 numbers get selected? And this problem is not there when I switch off Talkback * If I need to delete any digit, there is no option of delete. Please help as the only way out for me is to disconnect and dial again. Subject: Re: [Mobile.AI] Moto g2 has got android l hi all! for all who have not got android 5.0.2 on there moto g 2014 also known as moto g22 i have a fantastic news for you! do the following to get the official update. this zip is a official zip which i captured from my phone when i was downloading the ota update from motorola. no modifications have done to this zip. after installing you will not voied your worenty and you will get any more updates when ever motorola has released it. so u can say that this a zip is a official motorola zip. ok so now download the zip from this link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2xGcWtcjy-CNzBUSHNwc0gySlk/preview and this is how you will install it. no need of sighted help. things required: you should be on stock android 4.4.4 supplied by motorola. you should not root or unlock the bootloader or install any custem recovery if you have done anything then revert back to stock. now this the instructions. 1. let the zip download fully. 2. now connect your phone to pc and paste the zip in the root of your sd card. by root i mean dont paste it inside any folder in your sd card just open your sd card and paste it there. 3. now safely remove your phone from your pc. 4. now just restart your phone once normally so that minimum apps are running and the phone has full access to your sd card. 5. most importent you should have atlist 70 to 80 percent of your battery charged. please do not try this when your phone is connected to a charger or to your pc 6. now go to settings about phone system updates and check for updates just click on install now and follow the process. once talkback says shutting down keep your phone away from you and dont touch it. come back and after 30 to 45 minutes and you should be on android 5.0.2! enjoy! Re: [Mobile.AI] Nexus 6 mobile phone
Very well answered mail.I have almost made up my mind of going for spice dream Uno so just have 2-3 points: * I have never shopped through FlipKart so will it be wise to go for buying through website, is it safe? * If Android L isdown the line , should I wait for another 10 days till it gets launch or it doesn't make a difference if I buy it now and later update to Android L. * Should I wait for LtE facility? In that case I need to wait for few months which is the only concern which I have. Subject: Re: [Mobile.AI] Nexus 6 mobile phone hi first question. will spice get android update free? ans. as android is a free open source os all phones get updates free of charge the only question is when will they get updated some phones like nexus and moto and spice and all android 1 phones get updates before any phones. so the symple answer is. yes spice and all phones will get android l update before moto g and moto e phones around 12 to 15 november. we would have got the update before but it got delaied cause of a wifi bug in final preview build. in nexus phones which drained the battery. now second question. * Stock android, we get the option of google keyboard which is 100% accessible, does it mean it is build in phone or I need to buy external google keyboard to use? google keyboard is nothing but a software keyboard and not a external hard ware keyboard it looks exectly like a computer keyboard this keyboard comes with the phone and u will only need to update it from the playstore. so no need to purchase any external keyboard. people purchase external hardware bluetooth keyboards but i would consider it as a waste to do this if your on stock android u just need to learn. one more point although u didnt ask. if u have never used a touch screen phone and if u take a touch screen phone in your hand u will feal that u will not be able to use this phone. dont worry even i felt like that u just need to learn and dont take tention i would also suggest for all the new people learning android. go to settings accessability then talkback and then to talkback settings. in that there is 1 option use single tap to select experimentel this option is enabled by default which means if u just single tap on any option it will open u need to disible this till u learn properly On 11/6/14, Archana Bhatia archana...@gmail.com wrote: Few points: * Moto g will get next upgrade of Android L by Dec as free, what about spice dream uno, will spice also get the next update free? * Stock android, we get the option of google keyboard which is 100% accessible, does it mean it is build in phone or I need to buy external google keyboard to use? There is a difference between stock android and other android, stock android is pure google android version with out any modification by the manufacturer, while other android may have some modification as per the manufacturer to suit the handset. LTE stands for long term evolution, its 4G internet service used for wireless communication of high-speed data for mobile phones and data terminals. It will give u high speed data services and enhanced voice and data call quality. Yes typing is a big problem on android touchscreen phone.
