hello! true dialer and dw dialer are the options for double tab dialing.  speak 
2 call is a nice app which enables you to call any contacts. its very accurate 
and responsive.  in addition to this google now can also make calls and send 
messages for you by using your voice

make sure you are using google keyboard instead of samsung one.  look for 
default input method in language and input settings.

hello friend, though i do note have any experiance of using samsung e5 or e7 
phones yet i saw them on a shop.  generally samsung phones have good 
accessibility. well e5 or e7 has sleek design and features. 
however, one of my friends has got grand prime and is said to have very good 
accessibility.  so you may go for it or purchase e5 or e7 i feel there will be 
no issue with its accessibility.
