Hi,
Sooraj Sir,
I heard your message on Accessible Android for this same issue but
didn't get a chance to reply there...
Anyways, the issue you describe has no resolution. Whatsapp's latest
version has this curious bug and none has resolved it to the best of
mine and Eyes Free list's knowledge.
The only resolution you have is to downgrade to an earlier version,
which also implies that you will lose labels of many buttons.
You have to compromise on something - either endure this bug or give
up all these labelled buttons by downgradation.
Thanks.

Guide to Manually Install Android 5.0.2 Lollipop on Indian Moto E
 (Soak Test OTA Update)

 Posted: 12 Feb 2015 06:26 AM PST

Motorola has started Android 5.0 Lollipop soak tests for Moto E and
Moto Maxx. The Lollipop soak testing for Moto Maxx has began in Brazil
and Mexico, and for Moto E in Brazil and India. With Soak Testing, the
company starts by rolling out the upgrade to smaller test groups
before releasing it widely, and if the results are strong, they
continue the rollout to more phones. The soak test helps in monitoring
performance data and user feedback over several days. On basis of soak
test users feedback, the company tweaks software and incorporates new
changes to fix any issues. The Lollipop soak test for Moto E is now
rolling out in India and some users have got it. In case you're eager
to try out the latest Android 5.0 upgrade, then you can get it by
installing the Lollipop soak test OTA update manually on your Moto E.

 Points to be noted:

Below procedure is tested on Indian Moto E running Android 4.4.4
 (locked bootloader, unrooted, fully stock).
This update doesn't wipes your user data.
Update might take a long time.
It's recommended to have 500 MB of free space on your internal storage.
Make sure your phone is charged.
Initial boot takes time, so be patient.
Disclaimer: We're not sure if it works on other models too. Try it at
 your own risk.

Steps to Install Android Lollipop 5.0.2 Official OTA update on MOTO E
 (Indian variant) -

Note: This is a soak test update that might have some issues. Those
concerned can rather wait for the final update.

Before proceeding, make sure your phone is running stock Android 4.4.4
 KitKat.

 1. Download the Lollipop OTA update for Moto E. (Size: 342 MB)

 2. Place the download file
 Blur_Version.21.12.40.condor_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03.zip in
main directory of external SD card (might also work with internal
 storage).

 3. Update both these system apps: Motorola Update Services and
 Motorola Contextual Services.

 4. Now go to setting and 'check for update'.

Note: If you receive 'Your software is up to date' message then boot
in stock recovery and wipe cache partition. Then power on your phone
 and check for updates.

 5. When 'New system software available' message is shown, select 'Yes,
 I'm in' to proceed.

In powerbank always go for a trusted brand. Though it will cost you
little bit more, but you can rely on its performance. I was also
looking for a good powerbank for my android, I ended up with Anker.
Its a good brand and producing a decent searies of powerbanks. Though
I haven't purchased it yet, but I have made my mind to go for Anker
 79AN7917-BA 2nd Gen Astro E3 1mAh or Anker Astro E4 13000mAh Power
Bank version available on flipkart and amazon between the price range
of 3500 - 4700 rupees. There is 15,000 MAH model also, but in my view
 its little bit bulky.
You may want to look it also, Portronics Charge Two 12000 mAh, its
available just for 2800 rupees. But Anker gives you 2 years warrantee
in totoal, while Plantronics is offering only 1year warrantee. Better
if you go a powerbank that contain a lithium polymer battery, though I
didn't find one in these two brands. I saw one powerbank containing
polymer battery of EViO brand which is of 13000 Mah capacity and
available in little bit lower price, but I have doubt that it can be
so inexpensive with 13000mAH polymer battery.
These two brands are pretty decent, however you may go for better one
also.

Subject: [Mobile.AI] Camera flash not working in C5-00

Hey listers, in my Nokia c5 while taking pictures or making video with
the help of its camera, the flash light is not being on. Is there any
setting from where it got disabled or just its a hardware issue?

I installed flash light software on it, just to use its flash as a
torch, but that's too not working.

Re: [Mobile.AI] Date and time issue in Nokia C5

2014-09-30 Thread suresh kulkarni
Hi,

Try to reset your phone. In setting folder, you will find general,
select it and factory setting is there. Just click on that. Your phone will
be reset to original position. In this case, you will lose your data. You
need to re-install talks app.

Subject: [Mobile.AI] Date and time issue in Nokia C5

Hey friends earlier one of my friends who is using Nokia c5 complained
about unusual behavior of this phone. But since I have also started
using this phone recently, I am also facing the similar issue, when
ever I restart the phone, it asks me to set the date and time. While I
never encountered any such problem in my Nokia N79.
Each time the phone gets restarted due to any reason, it shows the
date and time of before 2 or three years. why so?

 hello friends,
here again after a long time, I am going to ask question about dialing
plus in my xolo q700 mobile in default phone app.
in dial pad, when I touch the screan, instead of speaking numbers like
1 2 3, it speaks, image 10 unlabeled, image 19 unlabeled, etc. and if
I lift my finger on a particular number, then it speaks the original
 number like 1 2 3.
even though, I can easily manage and locate the dial pad. but, the
problem is, that when I keep my finger on the number 0, for dialing +,
I have to double tab it and press long. so for pressing tab double, it
dials 0 or sometime double 0 and then it dials + after pressing long.
so friends, previously also I raised this question, but I haven't got
proper reply. so again I am asking this question that how to dial plus
without dialing 0? any tips are there for this?
for dialing plus only I specially have to download DW contacts and
dialer otherwise no use of it. because, this default app of phone and
contacts are apsulutely accessible. I want to remove that DW contacts
and dialer and want to use default only.
so friends, kindly suggest some trick for dialing plus, because, for
country code, I have to dial plus sign. right?
 waiting for your soon reply.
 with warm regards,

First of all, granularity has to be selected and goes backto default every
time you touch a new area on the screen. in order to select different
levels of granularity, swipe up then right and explore the screen.
Sometimes you will directly find line/paragraph etc and at others you may
have to touch change granularity and then select the desired options.
As far as music player is concerned, you can go for music folder player.
