Dear sir if you are using this app on iPhone you can find a podcast on the 
native podcast app.  If you are android user, you can still find the info on 
the web page of KNFB are E a DER.com. You have to take a picture of the 
document in KNFB reader, it converts through was CR into text and read the 
literature through voice. It is a long process you have to navigate on your 
screen. After that if you still have doubts, please don't hesitate to call me

dear dapendra,
for English to English dictionary, a few apps are available:
firstly, app name dictionary it is very accessible contains Pakistan flag.
secondly, dictionary.com which is also accessible and has larger content.
thirdly, wordweb which has plenty of data a bit larger size upto 50
MB. you can try out these too.
in adition to those English idioms and phrases dictionary is also
available. all these are offline dictionaries.
