There is no specific gesture. First you open the Notification bar, and there is a Clear Notifications button which you double tap on. Dear all, The Notification bar is located at the top of my phone screen. So when I put my finger there, Talkback reads all the notifications, Wifi related info and all that and then the battery and time. Is there any solution, that will allow me to know my phone battery and other Wifi related information quicker? Please do not suggest going into Settings and all that.
