Have you gone through the apps installed on your handset? For me it was available by default, where you will be able to see the options as internal and external sd card with memory used. It's not an application, but a key feature of the phone to access the internal/external memory. Sometimes it doesn't come with the device where we have to install it manually. ES file explorer seems good to recommend and guess resetting the sd card and restarting the handset may solve your issue.
