make sure you are using google keyboard instead of samsung one.  look for 
default input method in language and input settings.

kitcat android, in the contact, if we select any name, there will be send 
message button, if I go through this button and start typing, key echo is 
behaving differently. if I press any letter, instead of producing letter 
sound, it producess some number sound. if I go through message, there is no 
problem while typing. but when I go through contact and select send message
