First Post, Indian Express and India Today are reasonably accessible.
In fact, if you are looking for mere headlines then I would also
recommend IBNLive and all these also provide notifications of breaking

 Hi all,

Are there any VoiceOver accessible news apps from Indian news outlets? I am
using the Times of India app. This is not very accessible but pretty
 usable.

 Regards,

 Kiran

Hi Kiran,

First Post, Indian Express and India Today are reasonably accessible.
In fact, if you are looking for mere headlines then I would also
recommend IBNLive and all these also provide notifications of breaking
news items if you keep the option on. HTH.
