Re: [MMouse]: FRANK BLACK PICS
Maybe this is my misunderstanding, but the only person that the ticket guy AND the soundboard guy would ask is Mike, who said NO WAY to cameras or recording devices. I went to Eugene the next night and one guy is at the soundboard and my friend is all over taking pictures of the band. They didn't care as long as we were not video taping. So H. Guess I'll have to walk the talk and set up an apppointment with Mike. Thanks for the scrutiny. [MMouse]: FRANK BLACK PICS
I managed to get some pictures at the Frank Black show here in Portland on Saturday night. Mike Thrasher (a local promoter) doesn't allow cameras or recording devices at any of his shows. I hope the general opinion out there is that photos and taping is/are beneficial to the long-term well being of a band. If you get a chance to educate someone about this, please do. And if you have comments about this, please email me directly. If you'd like to see the pics, goto http://hod.cc They're on a friends page. Be sure to check out the animations and check back soon for pics from the Eugene show. Ryan ps These pics are free to the public at not for profit use. This is a request from the band.
