RE:[MMouse]: RE: New Review/Thematic Interpretations

2000-06-14 Thread Zach_Douglas

I'd love to hear people's thematic interpretations...

like, is 3rd planet about abortion? so far, that's my initial theory...

"we used to be 3 and not just two"

I interpreted that to be in the beginning it was God, Man, and Woman. Then
Isaac is saying God took off, and now there are just 2... the world is like
a top set spinning by God but now he just watches but won't intervene
(there's an eye and the sky) and his boss is "going out to find blind spots"
(from the eye in the sky, aka commit crimes? In the original version he
says "going to find some banks to rob"). So that's how the world began, and
that's how the world will end (according to Isaac).

What the hell is "an extropian?"

But you pose a good question/query Robbins, Mark...

I've listened to the new album a few times, and is it just me reading
into it, or are there a lot of subtle references to the "rape allegations"...

And he wonders why he got the crap kicked out of him in jr. high. It was

i'd have to say this is the closest of any review i've read to my own
thoughts on the new album.
