New Bloke question - modifying canned footer (Eagle book)

Hi there,   I've got the canned footer (Eagle book chapter 4) up and running, and it edits html files on the local host fine using the <Files ~ "\.html$">... directive.   I was wondering how to implement the footer so that it appeared on all html files (ie. external files), and not just local html files.   Thanks for any help...   Cheersthenoo,   Ollie
