Uhm, yes I would be in that audience :)

 but I wasn't planning on making a new one of
 those until perl-5.8 is officially released.

Any idea on when that may happen? In alternative, do you have any automated
build environment for producing one of those? I would be willing to lend
some CPU/man time to make that happen.

The mod_perl ppms (both for mod_perl-1 and mod_perl-2) have been
updated to the new apache versions, as has the Apache2.tar.gz and
perl-5.8-win32-bin.tar.gz binary packages (I'll update the latter
to RC2 this weekend). There is still some demand for the
all-inclusive apache/perl/mod_perl perl-win32-bin-x.x.exe binary
packages we have, but I wasn't planning on making a new one of
those until perl-5.8 is officially released.
