mod_ssl and mod_expires troubles

2000-02-03 Thread smajer

Hi Guys

The Problem i have is probably not mod_ssl related, but i try it anyway.

So what is going on:
Im running a quit havy loaded ssl website doing banking transactions its running
 apache1.3.9+mod_ssl 2.4.4 + openssl 0.94 on solaris.
the banking transaction is made with a java applet.
Its quite fast and no problems till now.

But since 4 weeks or so customers claim to have problems with the applet, and i
figured out that all these customers
only download a part of the java applet.

i use mod_expire with the following settings:
ExpiresDefault A60 # that mean 60 sec in the clients cache

i also have meta tags in the calling html:

At the moment i have no lue to solve this Problem

any help is apreciated

Spurious SSL handshake interrupt ???

1999-11-30 Thread SMajer

Hi All

I have a website running under Solaris 2.6 and Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.4.4
OpenSSL/0.9.4

i have almost no problems except the following entries in the ssl_engine.log:

[30/Nov/1999 09:11:48] [info] Spurious SSL handshake interrupt[Hint: Usually
just one of those OpenSSL confusions!?]
[30/Nov/1999 09:12:28] [info] Spurious SSL handshake interrupt[Hint: Usually

[30/Nov/1999 09:21:47] [info] Spurious SSL handshake interrupt[Hint: Usually

and i have no glue what that means.

Additionaly report some customers that they are not able tho connect that site
(hbci.advance-bank.de for example)

any hints welcome

Hi Ralf

I just tried to upgrade my Produktion Server to modssl-2.2.8 and Openssl-0.93a
because i guessed this shoeld be the most reasonable and stable release.
The httpd compiles and is working but when i try the following i got an Error:
