Yes. I found it out later.  Hope the same kind of error msg can help as some
sort of clue.

For Windows NT you need mod_ssl mod_ssl 2.1b

I had the same problem with WINDOWS NT. But I thought that was due to the
utility incompatibiliies.  Like to know why, too.
