Namespace question

Aloha,

I plan to contribute a perl module for interacting with Internap's (
www.internap.com) new OpenStack-based storage architecture.

My intent is to name the module Net::XIPCloud after the Internap product
name.

I am planning to contribute several utility perl modules.
Initially, I will just be contributing File::List.

module description:

Development stage: BETA
Support level: Email support
Language used: Perl
Interface style: Object methods
Description: File::List is a perl module that, once initialized
with a directory tree, will index that tree, allowing for quick regexp
searches of the tree and generation of file lists (which can be processed
as the user wishes).
