[Mono-list] FC2 yum repository for 1.1.1
I don't see gtk-sharp or related packages (monodoc, monodevelop, etc) anywhere in the fc2 yum repository for 1.1.1 (http://www.go-mono.com/archive/1.1.1/fedora-2-i386/). Also, trying to install the mono-complete rpm doesn't pull these in as dependencies. Are these not supported in 1.1.x yet? Can I install from source if I need them? Is it possible to mix the 1.0.x versions of these packages with the rest of the 1.1.x packages? [Mono-list] Re: [MonoDevelop] What Is Most Reliable Mono Install for Fedora Core 2
I've installed everything on FC2 using the rpms. One fc2 computer installed fine, but another I installed a week or two later didn't pull in all the required dependencies and I needed to manually install a bunch of them. Maybe there was a bad set of RPMs put up with broken deps? -- Mark On Mon, 2004-07-26 at 10:42, Antonio Santana wrote: I am running Fedora Core 2 and was wondering what might be the easiest or most reliable method for installing Mono on this Linux Distribution. I added the Mono URL to my yum.conf. I have installed some packages, but it doens't seem like I have all the dependencies required for apps like monodevelop. Thanks in advance for the help. ___ Monodevelop-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/monodevelop-list ___ Mono-list maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list
