Well, installing mozilla-devel should fix you up. However, MonoDevelop 0.2 is one version old, and about to be 2 in a matter of days, why are you installing it as opposed to a more recent version? Mono 0.31 is also just as old. You're missing gtkmozembed (now renamed gecko-sharp). I'd advise you to move to Beta 1 (we have RPMs for Fedora Core 1 or you can use yum or even better Red Carpet). MonoDevelop 0.2 has been released. Packages should follow on the redcarpet mono channel as soon as they are ready.
