Gee, maybe someone has some money this week because Bruce's auctions are on 
hold! All I have to say about that situation is that I would love to apprentice 
with him for a few weeks to learn how to really run an auction and a business. I 
can't wait to see his next move. Anyway, I have a real cross section of fun and 
great stuff up for sale this week on ebay including some wonderful linen backed 
posters. There is a wide variety of objects listed from a Robert Englund signed 
Freddy Krueger doll (signed in person at my store 15 years ago), to a  nice

until now?  That does'nt make sense?
I don't know.  Please read Bruce's statement to MoPo "Why I was suspended
from eBay" posted Friday, April 8.  My original post early Saturday morning
was about Bruce's character, why he is successful and the consequences of
leaving eBay permanently.  It was Bruce himself, not me, who first reported
eBay told him about violations that went on for several years.

from a dealer perspective it's a wwaste of time... for collectors there are
cool things like he always gets good guests..
I had setup there frequently from 1980-81 when I lived there and
sporadically until 1992 when I would travel there... It is a show that had
a slow decline during the 80's to where now that I have been within easy
driving distance for the last 13 years... I've only setup there 3 times,
and never made $500 those 3 times..
If you're local.. it's cool.. Need to travel there??  don't bother

It's a monthly convention put on by Bruce Schwartz.  It's been
going on for many years.  "Any good?" depends on what
you're looking for from a convention.  I like to interact with
people, not just walk around a very commercial dealers
room or sit in the audience while a celebrity talks about their
upcoming project.  So for me, it's not enough of a draw to go
to it.  I've been a few times.  (I wanted to meet Jackie Chan,
for example, and a friend offered to introduce me while he
was appearing there.)  San Diego Comic Con and the more
traditional science fiction conventions are more interesting
to me.

As long as we're on the topic of Movie Poster Talk, is there
a way to receive the messages as e-mail, rather than going
to the website.  Maybe I just missed it but the couple times
I've been there, I haven't been able to find anything about

browser (rather than from e-mail) so slow as to be really
frustrating.

As long as we're on the topic of Movie Poster Talk, is there
a way to receive the messages as e-mail, rather than going
to the website.  Maybe I just missed it but the couple times
I've been there, I haven't been able to find anything about
receiving the messages.  I find reading messages via a
browser (rather than from e-mail) so slow as to be really
frustrating.
