Chris,

Sorry to hear that you are another victim of that nasty microscopic bit of toxic protein. May I be the first to loudly proclaim "F**k Covid-19!"

Often and painfully.

If your frames are made by Sue's shop, they are top of the food chain. She is a gem both as an artiste and a human being and we collectors are lucky to have her (as you well know.)

Two questions:

1. Where are you located?

and

2. Will there be any posters offered in your unfortunate Covid-caused downsizing?

I hold a scintilla of hope for a better world in 2021 for you, myself, and all my fellow poster geeks.Who knows.

Much Love to All,

Greg Douglass

Hello to all MoPo readers and fans,

I am new to this forum, so this is my first message.

My name is Chris, and for the past 10+ years I have managed the site fffmovieposters.com.  We sold posters at multiple points of sale (eBay, Amazon, and our Website).

Due to covid and other concerns, we ceased our business operations in 2020.  After lengthy discussions with the owner of the business, he has decided to remain shut down.

My responsibility as the one remaining employee is to “empty” our 15,000 square foot warehouse. I am offering for sale various items including shelving (every kind you can imagine, from large industrial shelving over 10 feet high, to home center type shelving typically 6 feet high, 4 feet wide, and 2 feet deep, packaging materials, all new (cardboard boxes, cardboard shipping tubes, oversize envelopes, padded envelopes, cardboard reinforcement “flats”, and plastic poly bags by the case for poster sizes including window cards, half sheets, inserts, lobby cards and stills.   I’m also selling poly tubing by the roll (suitable for rolled one sheets), and a poly cutter and sealer), office equipment (desks, tables, chairs, etc.), computer equipment and monitors, photography equipment, an industrial scanner, etc.

In addition to the above, I have more than 500 lightweight picture frames of various sizes from still sized to three sheet and larger.  Most of the frames are one sheet sized, half sheet, insert, window card, and assorted sizes for stills.  All the frames are assembled, (no missing parts) with a white foam board backing, a shatterproof clear plexiglass front, and the metal joints and spring clips to hold everything in place.  Most of these frame parts are made up of half round satin black aluminum rails with a frame profile of 7/8 inch wide when assembled.  The lengths and widths are various according to the item that was framed. Sue from Hollywood Poster Frames was our framer for most our posters etc. over the years and she can attest to the fact that these frames are of excellent quality.

I’m even selling a 20 foot-long, 8 foot-wide and 8’6” tall steel weatherproof lockable shipping container.  We used it as an indoor vault!

Complete lists are available to anyone interested in any of the items listed for sale.

I look forward to corresponding here in the MoPo forum.

Chris

[MOPO] FA: Like buying at WELL below wholesale prices? Who doesn't! 696 bulk lots end in hours

2021-01-19 Thread Bruce Hershenson
*Like buying at WELL below wholesale prices? Who doesn't! In just a few
hours (starting at 7 PM CST) eMoviePoster.com's 696 bulk lots containing
16,939 items in all end at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/13.html
*

Whether you are a collector wanting to buy at dirt-cheap prices, or a
dealer wanting to get a LOT of inventory that you can quickly sell at MUCH
higher prices, then you will surely love these auctions.

These 696 bulk lots include what could be the contents of an entire store
(online or brick and mortar!), containing a massive amount of folded and
rolled one-sheets, and many thousands of lobby cards and vintage stills!

Plus there are many lots of three-sheets, pressbooks, magazines (movie and
exhibitor), half-sheets, inserts, Russians, Australian daybills, Mexicans,
French, Yugoslavian, Italian phtotobustas and locandinas, 30x40s, 40x60s,
and much, much more!

If YOU have ever wondered where dealers replenish their inventory, part of
the answer is in these bulk lot auctions! Do you think I am exaggerating
about how low the prices are?

*Well, think again! As of right now, with a few hours left, 137 of these
lots are at just $1 to $5, and 274 are just $1 to $10 and that's per LOT,
not per item, so many of these are literally just pennies per item!*

*Remember that on OUR auctions there are NO buyers premiums, so $1 is
REALLY $1, and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium" and that you pay only the
actual cost of shipping them to you (plus $3 for packing materials)!*

*It is like walking into a store and having the owner tell you that
EVERYTHING is 90% off for one day only! You will likely never get a chance
to get greater bargains!*

Know that upon request, we will provide the buyer of any lot (but only the
buyer!) with unwatermarked large images of every item you purchased, which
saves a ton of time and get the items quickly listed on eBay or to your
site!

And unlike most sellers of bulk lots, we at eMoviePoster.com always picture
EVERY single item in every bulk lot, so you always know exactly what you
will be receiving, and just how great a deal each bulk lot is at the price
you pay!

If YOU want to take advantage of these unbelievably low-priced bulk lots,
then you need to visit the above link well soon, because it takes a while
to look at 16,939 items in 696 lots!

Not yet registered to bid? Go to
https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf to sign up (we qualify
our bidders, so you always bid against real bidders).

And if YOU are not interested in these items, but have friends who would be
interested in even one of these lots, then do us a favor by helping spread
the word to them before these close!
