Hi Rick,
I purchased a new Mustek ScanExpress A3 USB last year for
180.00. It does a great job. You can scan up to 11"x17". You
might want to try their website Mustek.com. I am very happy
with their product and customer service. Hope this helps.

Kindest Regards,
Lenny

PS You might be able to find some used
  ones on
Ebay

Wow...I am getting old. I keep forgetting that the
computer industry was advancing so fast. I've been looking for one of these for
quite some time now and gave up looking for a year or so.

I will say that this Mustek (like many of the
low-end big-box store products) isn't the best for high-end work. If you are
just looking for something to post sales photos online I guess it will do the
trick. I'll be picking one up for sure though.

Thanks for the product name!

Cheers,
Erik

  Hi Rick

A Mustek A3 USB Scanner is inexpensive and does the job, and
  is large enough for LCs.
  Good Luck.

Hi Folks,
  Does anyone know
of a scanner model which is inexpensive but can scan 11x14 lobby
cards?  Doing this by digital camera is just getting to be such a
headache and scanning my 8x10 photos is such a breeze.  Any help is
greatly appreciated.   Rick

Hi Erik.  That's not quite correct.  In my previous
email to Rick I specified a scanner that is even under $200. Don't remember the
exact figure.

  Rick,
I just use my standard 8.5 x 11 flatbed and scan
one half at a time then use Photoshop to put 'em together. Sounds like a pain
but once you get the technique down, it's cake.

You won't find a scanner that will do 11x14 for
  under $500.

  Cheers,
  Erik
